To reset this device push a paper clip (or other pointy device) into the reset hole for 10 seconds. When it comes back to power it will have IP=192.168.0.20/255.255.255.0.
Set your computer's Ethernet connection to manual and give it a network friendly IP address. (e.g. 192.168.0.23/255.255.255.0). Connect an ethernet cable directly from computer to the DCS-900W. Then, from your computer's browser, go to http://192.168.0.20 to see the home screen of the device.
